Want to let you guys know first... since you're the hardcore Kong guys on FFR...

Synth and I are working to port the FFR widget to Kong. Expect it this week at the latest. If not tomorrow.

Yes, that's awesome. I know you've been working on this for a while. It's good to know it will finally come into furition.

Also which songs did you guys choose?

Yes. Synth felt that it would be better to put it on my account because I'm well known on Kong. And, I'm not going to argue.

the song list will be very close to the general FFR widget, with 2 minor changes. the list: Trip to the moon, Super Mario 80s, Freak Out, Driveway [Light], Snowflakes, Libertine, Zodiac, Plat It Funky, Hungarian Dance #5, and The Wanderer. it has a wide variety of genres of music as well as a wide range of difficulty, 1 1 2 2 4 5 6 6 7 8.

So this means that you can get 625 points if we can promote people in giving you a 5 star rating.

It damn well better, given it SHOULD be over 3.5 rating, and we're putting the API into it.

If it doesn't get over a 3.5 rating with all of FFR helping... then something is seriously wrong. I mean, it should be over a 3.5 rating without FFR helping.

I still cannot get the Music in Motion badge. Why is it glitched for some and not others. I will try again right now, but this will be the last time.

this is great news will enjoy seeing and playing FFR on Kongregate
would this widget have speed mods? maybe on myspace artists pages its less important but the gamers on Kongregate will appreciate speed mods it could make the difference between people rating the game 5 star or 3.5

Although, if its not in by now I doubt you have enough time to change it.

FFR on Kong? I never thought my two passions would finally come together. That's good to hear. And also with that, you will get in top 5 in no time, if you don't get even higher.

And yeah, I don't doubt that this will get a big success. If SCGMDs got such a high rating, FFR will get an awesome score.

don't expect speedmods. i'd like to add them, but priority #1 is to get it up. we're making some tweaks to it, since it's being geared for gamers and not music people.

Do you think you could set the default speed to 1.5 then?

I'd even settle for 1.25. If it's left at 1, then I bet most of the anal kongregate gamers will vote it lower saying its too slow.

even so speed mods contribute to a better overall gameplay when going for a massive Kongregate lunch one would think its better to go that way either way this is exciting

will be interesting to see as a test if people find it too slow and say something

I was around when FFR was speedmodless, and I just feel that it feels a little more natural with it sped up a bit.

I mean everyone who still plays on times 1 screen cuts because its too slow.

I dunno, I just think you guys should think about it, unless it would take a lot of time and coding to change the default speed.

FFR on Kongregate. Awesome.
I'll be giving it five stars for sure.

Also, if you're worried about not having the scroll speed addition, you could just screenshrink like Travman said. =)

And....last. I wanted to show this thing:

I lucked out big time. It was over 1,000 points for the hard badge.

The newyork times is running it's poll for the best websites of 2008, so we should all do our part in hopes for it to be number 1. After all, every single other site is major suckage. To help out, go here and vote 100 for kongregate, and then 1 for everyone else in the top 5 =).
