The problem is the people that are in-between divisions, because they would get destroyed in one and destroy everyone elses' chances in the other one. :/

This happens commonly in many tournaments. It's just the way it goes.

Am I the only one that is somewhat confused by the date that sign-ups end? Not only because Saturday is the 12th but also because its somewhat unclear whether you mean as early or as late as possible on Saturday. Just thought I'd ask.
