All-American Rejects - gay.

Seriously, god, I know because you're probably emo that you think the term "attention" means 24 hours a day supervision with medication and a constant team to surround you, but the same is not the case for music. Those three all have attention, a lot of it, don't give them the attention you yourself need. ****er.

People who think these bands need more attention have something seriously wrong with them.

This thread is about underground bands, not extremely mega popular bands that you just happen to like.

I wouldn't even put the Afro Celt Sound System on my list because they're known worldwide. Seven Nations has been nominated for a grammy and has played on TV, so even they're questionable when it comes to attention (I still have yet to meet someone who listens to them).

Slainte Mhath, however, wow. As far as Celtic music goes, they've got their **** together, yet their CDs aren't even in print anymore. They could use a little more renown to make it proportionate to their quality.

40 sons and daughters - they are a local band (hamilton ontario) that is actually playing at ozzfest. Pretty good stuff too, my friend is the singer.

Streetlight Manifesto - im not a ska person but their stuff is pretty cool. I never even heard of them until about a week ago.

Strapping Young Lad - Another canadian metal band that is playing at ozzfest. They had the most kick ass second stage show.

EDIT: whoever said limp bizkit should go jump off a cliff.
