no it means don't be all emo. you've made vids before (which, coincidentally, is why people are doubting you- because your vid scores are absolutely HORRIBLE compared to that stuff you just posted) so make another vid. and show .ini and all that good stuff. don't make a big deal out of it, just do it. :\
