Re: FFR Community Pack
fixed the silloutte, unless you want it removed completely (althought that would remove the "Rokk" to the image :/ )). Banner is fine so I didn't make a new one.

Re: FFR Community Pack
Awesome gfx, but where's the font?
edit: How come Kommisar and malice aren't giving reviews/judging simfiles anymore. I'm getting impatient about Blue Rain. Last edited by Legacyzero; 06-5-2008 at 12:47 PM.. |

Re: FFR Community Pack
judged the last two files.
Tied the Room Together: 1.5/5 I got through it, but I didn’t like it much. Have you heard of pitch relevancy? You should try to put higher notes on the right and lower ones on the left. I wasn’t seeing any examples of pitch relevancy in the beginning string section. The section after that had lots of technically correct and annoying jacks. It’s mostly the song though, I highly doubt anyone could make a good file for it. Mountain of Faith- 3.9/5 I don’t know why you think this is a dump, this is actually really good. Some problems though, that hyper jumpstream where the jumps go to the guitar, you might want to make it jumps to the 4th beat to make it reasonable and layer in the guitar with freezes instead. Even so, it’s very hard, good for scoring and fun. npv fix the hyper jumpstream in Mountain of Faith so I can ****ing accept it already because I love that file O.O edit: ferrari did a v2 of Blaze Blaze v2: 2/5 Strangely, this doesn’t feel like it’s improved at all for me. There are no transitions of sounds, it’s just hopping around following the most prominent sound in the song. Try to transition by layering in instruments that come in and removing those that fade out. Also, at many points, there were pitch relevancy issues and jump problems. The jumps, especially. They feel randomly done and forced unto the player. This should never happen. Last edited by moches; 06-6-2008 at 12:52 AM.. |

Re: FFR Community Pack
moches- i am not fixing the ****ing jumpstream in mountain of faith it is insanely fun if you can do it and every single other tester i've sent it out to says the jumpstream is the only reason they would play the file. i'm going to fix up some of the short 16th holds, so hold off on doing anything yet. i personally love the jumpstream its so fun
trumaestro- i'm too lazy to fix atm :X malice- wait huh i changed the patterns? |

Re: FFR Community Pack
Okay, since your opinion is strong on it, I'll try it again and see if my opinion of it changes.
Btw Malice was probably talking to Legacy, not you. EDIT: Figured out the problem. Yesterday I was at my friend's house, and his keyboard is just really bad for typing and playing. It's old. I played it again today on the laptop and it works like a charm. |
