Note: If any division has a tie over the 8th place line (ie. 8th and 9th), all the people with the tied scores will advance to round 8 as usual...however, the tied people will need to play the tiebreaker song during round 8 in addition to the round 8 song.
I will update the OP with tiebreaker songs for each division to be used.
I'll be able to deal with it more when I get on the night of the 29th.

The point is to make sure ONLY 8 people go to round 8, so that only 8 people in that division recieve vRofl.

Yes. Only 8 people can receive vRofl, but more than 8 people may make it to round 8. I'd be able to do this better if I would be around for the end of round 7, but I'm not going to be. So this is the way we're going to have to do it.

So let's suppose I'm tied for the 8th place with someone else. I lose the tiebreaker so I don't get vrofl.
Then I go on and win D2. No vrofl?

No, if you lost the tiebreaker you'd be out because you wouldn't be able to go on to round 9. This is just a way to not spend a whole day for tiebreaker rounds, and you also get a whole week to play the tiebreaker as well.
