i've read through most of this thread at least twice and it's pretty hard to come up with anything that hasn't already been mentioned. I would have more to say about people if this wasn't my first game. It also doesn't help that there are people here who I hardly ever see post outside of twg or at all and those that have I'm unsure of whether or not to take their posting habits there and apply them here.

Most people are pretty different here; any kind of meta reads are from past TWG games rather than past forum encounters. It's usually the people who can't detach from their forum identity that make for poor TWG players, as they tend to take things to heart too much or get too emotional.

About Xel: I think that if anyone but Xel had made his big post I would have liked it. The thought process was clearly laid out and most things he said felt pretty natural. That said I can't shake the feeling that he was basically required to do an effort post like that. It could be confirmation bias but I'm not pulling him out of scumlean on that post alone.

@Xel about roundbox: Posting a mafia read on me and then immediately voting is random when he didn't vocally have that read before then. I also didn't like his reasoning behind it. It's not hard to make an argument for just about anyone to be mafia so not seeing the progression + not liking the reasoning was enough for me to be wary. The same logic applies to freezin. Saying <10 minutes before eod that light shouldn't be the lynch isn't hard to do as mafia but I don't think he has a reason to as mafia in this scenario.

@Cel about my mafia team statement at eod: It was individual reads with no reason to believe that any of you couldn't be partners. I think you are actually in the most worlds right now btw but that probably comes from you being around a shorter amount of time.

@WV: how much experience do you have with the game in general? Other forums, Live, irl, etc...

About Tokzic: I started writing this mostly about his scumlean on me but after iso'ing him he's looking VERY scummy all of a sudden. I didn't like his opening because it was just a couple reads with no reasoning and then gone for a day. He didn't have any other significant moments until the last 6 or so hours of day0 he came back with a bunch of relaxed posts spinning a world where the mafia are mostly in talkative people. I've already said that I think he could easily make relaxed posts as either alignment so that doesn't matter much. However I'm reading most of the talkative people towny so him spinning that world doesn't jive well with me. (Note he also made a list that he said had 2 mafia including Xiz, Xel, DBP, and Blind. I would not put it past him to make a swag play and put two partners in that. Very very light read and totally confirmation bias). His scumlean on me is weird too. His reasoning behind it is shaky and mostly consists of things he never said so it's hard to analyze well.

I probably want Tokzic dead more than I want Xel dead now. A reads list with in depth explanations on a few (asking for in depth on all is probably a bit much) would be really helpful.

@Soundwave: Not liking your latest contributions but I'm going to reserve judgement until after you get back. Again, reads list with in depth explanations on a few would help a lot.

not much. i played live once with eva as a hydra not long ago and i've played irl once as well. I also played a turbo at MU.

DBP is probably my top town. Great intro, pushes that he backed up well, a show of emotion that he knew and stated was probably affecting his reads, catching Light's read flip (yeah Light was town but noticing it means he was paying good attention), slowly backing off of Light when he realized that Light was probably town, and going on to Xel.

There isn't a single thing he has done that would make me think he is mafia

If I had to rate how fishy post 1229 is, I'd rate it as a catfish; you moreorless attempted to navigate around my pressure to you, you tunneled on Tokzic only to switch to Xiz with the vote (maybe to pressure, but critique stands), you gave no contributions regarding anyone who's been relevant while you were gone really (MML, Blind). And how about Manti?

I meant to talk about Manti but forgot: His read on me was unique and made sense. Also his progression on his read about me and tokzic being a team felt very natural to me. Looking through his iso I think it would be really weird for him to say he liked Cel and IDH better than RB and Haku (Post #1018) and then kill either of them but I don't think he'd be a driving force in choosing the night kill so that's a light read.

Xiz is definitely the read I care about more. Tokzic dominated that post because it was a new read not because it's the one I care about most.

MML has been really difficult for me to read. He's been easily the most active and has said a lot of things I've liked and a lot of things I haven't. I will probably end up reading him mostly through other peoples reads which means I won't be very confident for quite a while.

Blind didn't really say anything new. Him being on the same tunnel for so long is a little weird but his reasoning makes enough sense for me and I don't think he's a big concern right now. As a sidenote his play has lined up the most with how I would expect it to based on ltwg so I'm pretty comfortable with my read on him.

To clarify then, what is your read on him? If you say null I'm gonna post a pouty anime girl, which should be as good a motivation as any to put good thought into it.
