personal preference, notes are easier to read and faster BPM gives potential for faster notes.

not a big problem in general though (yea it's hard to redo with different BPM).

There weren't any bpm changes so doubling the bpm shouldn't be that hard.

And expand, not colllapse? Or is it changed in 4.0?

guidelines on submitting for a new batch:

Unlimited resubmits on songs that were played by me but not queue'd. On songs not played by me, you get at most 3 submissions... and of those 3, at most 2 new files.

I already sent RATO in to this batch, so I'll resend it with 240BPM. Would it have trouble converting 96nd notes?
