Re: Dragons Fury: Custom Tournament #6
I just meant the double jacks, the mini-jacks are the same difficulty as the rest of the file.

Re: Dragons Fury: Custom Tournament #6
jump jacks in Crimson Crescent aren't that hard, but that's prolly just me. I got 1-0-0-2 but I cbf to SS it because I got the good on the last note.

Re: Dragons Fury: Custom Tournament #6
You know, I've played Crimson over and over again and at first I thought the jump jacks were ridiculously placed and just bleh, but after playing it alot, I've noticed, it's not such a bad decision in the long run. Very well stepped song and props to Byron on it.

Re: Dragons Fury: Custom Tournament #6
Why are people bitching about the damn file? If you don't like it don't play it and move on. I'm sure Kayla and AJ don't want that shit in this tournament. Yet again.
Now, moving on. Improved. |

Re: Dragons Fury: Custom Tournament #6
It's a tournament, they have to play it in order to "move on". Nobody quits a tournament because of a single file.
About the file, although I didn't play it, I saw the preview and any D6er, with FFR timing windows, can nail those jumpjacks, so stop ur whining bcz it sux just like u all pce EDIT: DRAMA Last edited by Shikari; 09-21-2011 at 12:56 PM.. |

Re: Dragons Fury: Custom Tournament #6
You know what I meant lol Obviously they have to play it, I'm just talking about just playing it and moving on from it. People are getting decent scores on it, just wait for the upcoming rounds to make up for it

Re: Dragons Fury: Custom Tournament #6
Files should have the right to include difficulty spikes of all sizes...except for Crowdpleaser. It's part of the whole challenge, and whether it's a good or bad thing, will get people playing the file a lot more.
The unspoken idea that a file is supposed to have a relatively consistent difficulty is too restrictive. Crimson Crescent isn't outrageous, but does give you something to work on. And when you do get past that hard part, your sense of accomplishment is only that much greater. |

Re: Dragons Fury: Custom Tournament #6
I have yet to see a tournament without complaints about the songs. It's inevitable :3. Hell, I do it too sometimes.

Re: Dragons Fury: Custom Tournament #6
Yeah nothing beats crowdpleaser in terms of difficulty spikes lol. The anchors in Crimson are pretty weird but aren't THAT bad of a difficulty spike.
