I hope you feel better chaz, I've went a couple days without eating before too, and I actually had no craving for food either. I was probably just as shocked as you were.
I just continued on with my normal daily activities, except the fact that I wasn't eating.

You should drink more water then normal, which has been suggested before in this thread.

Just start eating in small amounts, and work your way up, you should be fine.

If this continues, listen to MalReynolds and GO SEE A DOCTOR.

I wish I had this much sympathy...but yeah just chill man quit freakin out over something like this. Maybe your metabolism is slowing down who knows. Many of my friends the older they got the less they ate and they still stayed healthy and fit so don't worry man let your body do what it's got to do for now.

Some sudden causes of lack of appetite or wanting to eat could be something parasitic. Check for any stomach parasites with your doctor.

I've eaten today and yesterday you guys, I'm ok. I appreciate the sympathy, but I was really just looking to see what would cause a complete loss of appetite. I still haven't really been hungry in all this time, but I'm eating.
