very sneeky way of getting ppl to populate your town but it's a trap ppl! i don't think there is a website like this in english.

Yes they should but if we are not careful and do not have a diverse amount of linking to each we may become over populated, out of work, or even get aids. Well im not sure about the last one, but the first two should be considered.
