The problem is that I don't necessarily 'feel' female even though living out the rest of my life as male just seems lonely and depressing. Social anxiety has prevented me from working up the courage to seek out a professional or tell any of my family. - Have probably had some sort of chronic mild depression since I was 13 (though I have never gone in for a diagnosis). This is pretty spot on, always feeling like multitasking no matter what i do is essential to maximizing the amount of stuff i get done day in and day out, whether it's videogames + youtube or schoolwork and excessive masturbation
i also hate the idea that humans are supposed to spend a third of their life sitting in bed wasting away sleeping so i don't sleep

I love every genre of music. (seriously it's abnormal like waaaat) I love almost all ffr files. when i played ffr there was probably 1% of songs I didn't like. I was and still am the exact opposite of xxMidnightXXxxX i tend to want to pry into peoples minds, like...(how do i explain this ![]() I have to know why somebody does something, i have to know why they have certain habits, why their humor is the way it is. Basically I want to know every detail. ask Tosh, oh he knows. it's definitely not a good trait because I come off like such an asshole in the process. also i tend to come off like an asshole most of the time. I'm kind of pretentious. |

![]() That 24 hour bio clock is what 96% of what people adhere to, which usually doesn't make being a free running sleeper very advantageous as you get older and try to establish habits surrounding some sort of work schedule essential to ones need to provide for themselves is more or less what I'm saying.

![]() Melatonin's main job in the body is to regulate night and day cycles. Darkness causes the body to produce more melatonin, which signals the body to prepare for sleep. Light decreases melatonin production and signals the body to prepare for being awake, so you could say that it is a bit unnatural to be nocturnal given this fact. I'm as nocturnal as the next guy, jus' sayin.

![]() I've always noticed that when I'm not partaking in school (during the summer, winter breaks, etc.) that I inevitably adjust to a nocturnal sleep schedule (going to bed around 11-12 A.M. and waking up around 7-8 P.M. is actually my current schedule).

![]() It is an unnatural thing. It is fairly easy to realize that humans are supposed to operate during daytime; e.g. we cannot smell or hear well and we can't see very well at night either. We're simply a lot less efficient at night.
The main things I think that causes a shift to a nocturnal pattern is simple procrastionation ("meh, don't wanna go to bed yet") and the act of sitting behind a computer screen for too much, which does produce light and hence can confuse your brain's clock. I used to sleep terribly, and I have vastly improved this by simply turning off all my lights at some point and putting the brightness of my computer on very low before bedtime. It actually works pretty well for me.
