I was talking with yo man yesterday and happened to be digging up my RATO runs that weren't ridiculous failures. I've gotten 20s a good number of times but they usually had misses and had more avs/boos (these were some of the ridiculous failures).

It's really unfortunate Staiain had to get his FC before I posted my random thought, because now everyone thinks I'm trying to look good after he posted his score. Seriously, stop this fucking bullshit, it's like saying I removed myself from the Official because I was "afraid of losing" even though that's completely wrong.

I'm going to ask this again: How would you feel if you were the top ranked player and everything you posted was automatically associated with wanting to be the best? You guys should try putting yourselves in my shoes and see how absolutely absurd it is always getting this crap. It's been going on for 4 years and still continuing.

The thing is, you did this back when I was throwing down strong DP / RATO runs, too. And you've done it plenty of times with other players' strong scores. Remember when someone posted an Identity Part II AA or something and you had said something like, "Nice job! Second in the world! It rubs people the wrong way for two reasons. One, it comes across as being a tryhard who goes out of his way to self-gasconade/steal the limelight from others, which will achieve the desired effect -- but it won't be a positive one. Two, people aren't dumb -- and it's an insult to people's intelligence to pull something blatant and then make excuses for it.

The reason "this ****ing bullshit" has gone on for 4+ years is because these underlying attitudes haven't changed when it comes to scores.

Big difference between what Dossar is thinking and what you guys are thinking he's thinking. Would it be better if Dossar was lazy and unenthusiastic? And stealing limelight...not really. Pretty sure everyone is wow'd at Staiain. In my opinion you guys should be more chill with this and it shouldn't be a big issue every time something could be perceived the wrong way. This is a rhythm game, not some uber important political presentation. So overly critical it gets on my nerves.
