To rsr: Well, we already got a set of Buddhists, you should do your own nation or another NPC nation, here's what you could do and sats for each of them:

Your own nation: Build it as you want.
Barbarian Hoards: Offensive, can only attack after 400 posts.
Isolationists: Defensive, you can only take this if the other Isolationasts agree that you take it.
Soviet Union: Spread, pretty good.

Personally, I think you should do your own nation but it's as you wish.

You can take the buddhist nation if you would like. All NPC nations are up for grabs by all players.

Just be sure to read the rules if you do not make your own nation because the npc nations have special rules.
