Just to be clear, are triples the same things as hands with three arrows at once? Or is it a typo and should say triplet? (I'm assuming it's the former for now as I attempt it)

bouff is beyond me. but i'll get tribal transcendency done whenever this shit keyboard decides to grow out of its tantrum phase of giving me a keyboard miss every 50-70 notes which means i have to keep correcting spelling mistakes when i type this sentence
