Re: 8th Official FFR Tournament - Divisions 1, 2, & 3 Discussion Thread
That was just fucking horrible I can't even
I was at 7-0-0-0 (which would have moved me up 2 places) at 1050 combo (with 61 notes to go) and I got a good and a boo.

Re: 8th Official FFR Tournament - Divisions 1, 2, & 3 Discussion Thread
I'm conflicted I enjoy FFR a lot but I'm starting to dislike competing in it. My whole days revolve around FFR when competing. And I'm starting to greatly prefer to spend my gaming time in Team Fortress 2. I can easily pass this round, but I don't know if I want to knock someone out, only to decide to give up next round. At the same time, I really like the idea of competing with everyone else for 3rd place (round 7 will basically be the finals for everyone not arc or rarity. you better win rarity!)

I'm so close to just giving up and withdrawing myself from the tournament... this song isn't worth the stress it's causing me.

The best thing I did was to relax. Like legit. Just chill. Don't worry about getting a higher score. I found out I was rushing the streams during the D2 song. Without caring I happened to wreck my previous 5-0-0-0 with a 1-0-0-1. When I was caring and trying to do better, I ended up playing the song 600+ times without an improvement

Re: 8th Official FFR Tournament - Divisions 1, 2, & 3 Discussion Thread
There's a part about 300 notes into Beatrice that I either 100% perfect or completely mess up.. and the rolls 90 notes in usually result in 1 good for me because theyre supposed to be hit slightly early. So annoying!

Re: 8th Official FFR Tournament - Divisions 1, 2, & 3 Discussion Thread
Yes, yes it is. I just had 3 runs in a row where I made it out of the middle with 2 greats or fewer, and messed up in the jumpstreams at the end. So frustrating! Congrats to sspeckless, but I am not feeling safe at all, especially if Garquillex keeps trying (which I do hope he does, but Gar, try to just tie me )

Re: 8th Official FFR Tournament - Divisions 1, 2, & 3 Discussion Thread
I played some FFR earlier this morning, and holy crap, my right hand went kaput so fast. I may be lots more accurate than I was during the summer, but I am so much worse at fast sections.

You're lucky we're never really getting into fast songs, haha.
