Re: Queue/Batch Discussion Thread
Im just waiting to see what my 2 files got. feels like its been a month and a half since ive sent them. I did send them late, so i had to wait 2 weeks After waiting 2 weeks for the batch i Thought they were gonna be in. And now the time is just flying by when the last projection was about a week ago... Lol. so yea. im not trying to be hastey but it would be nice to atleast see another projection, judges.
Thanks P.s. just made a song and i was wandering if anyone would like to step it? (Essence of Fire) http://www.newgrounds.com/audio/listen/108801 tell me what you think, if your interested, you have permission.

Re: Queue/Batch Discussion Thread
it actually is, but the public thinks otherwise, so I'm just criticizing myself to try to be funny haha oh wait I'm not supposed to actually say that

Re: Queue/Batch Discussion Thread
i still like bicycle break. just should have made you cut it, as it does get repetitive.

What might you mean by "inconsistent"?

Re: Queue/Batch Discussion Thread
Probably, the stepfile authors are hit-or-miss for him, he'll really like one file then not like another by the same artist.

Re: Queue/Batch Discussion Thread
I submitted tons of avant-garde steps just to see how they'll go with the judges.
Chances are they'll be rejected but this was just an experiment.

Re: Queue/Batch Discussion Thread
I can't remember what I submitted, but I know it was alot. I'm sure some of them were old and crappy but I got some really great ones coming up.
EDIT: Oh yea. My favourite file of mine in the batch will probably get rejected for oversteppedness, and another one I believe I stepped one specific part poorly after playing it 1 month later. I'll see what the judges think though. P.S. Also submitted Outside the Skies by you stargroup It's almost sure to be accepted because Rebirth +'d it last batch with no comments and JX +?'d with one comment that I fixed. For some reasons even though it was +'d, Tass forgot to play it but I overlooked it because I thought I should do what JX said anyway.

Re: Queue/Batch Discussion Thread
HAHA last day of jazz class today and we listened to John Coltrane's Giant Steps. Such an epic jazz song. So want to try and step that to. Going to look for it. Anyone got any sites that devotes to Jazz mp3's?
I played Bicycle breaks for the token and only playedit once. To boring to play to be honest and didn't know that kind of song can be stepped. Just a weiord choice of song. |
