It would be incredibly difficult, but top towns can become top scum fairly quickly, especially off first day.

I refuse to completely 100% lock clear anyone. "Beyond a reasonable doubt" is a pipe-dream best left to stupid people.

People are only lock clear for me if they get seered green by a sane cop. Even so the cop still has to prove that they're legit.

I didn't want him hypo'ing or getting players to hypo by throwing claims out because that

1) Is detrimental because any claim loses massive validity at that point in time
2) Is not helpful really to any role besides the cop; although I have seen a successful hypo between a doctor and a VT where the VT convinced the wolves that he was the doctor instead of the doctor who hardclaimed doctor.

I want none of the above happening.

VTs claim the same role but different targets (usually hypo'ing coincides with an outed cop with no protection) so every gives off different reads and it is supposed to provide tiny cover for the cop.

Cop should reveal their true read, and if they die then that proves their read, but if a VT dies and lets cop live, they gave their life to save the cop to get another read and their hypo claim was evidently false and just cover for the cop.
