Even though Xero's post was only a minute before the actual signup started, it was coincidence. From the way he posted

Made it seem as if he thought all the spots had been taken up, not if he thought it was 12 on the dot. If that were the case, I'd concede him the spot since it's completely understandable as clocks may be off and the such. I'd really like to participate in the game, so if Xero wants to talk with me for a possible compromise I'd be more than happy.

Well, until I read there was a spot, I was fine with following the rules, but its a non issue. I wasn't on an up to date laptop, so I didn't see the time. Coincidentally I checked the thread during the start of sign ups I guess

It might have something to do with sert saying he sucks at life, but that's just a guess.

Personally, I have nothing against Xero. I'm sad to see nForcer drop out, but I'm glad this was settled in a way that both Xero and I could play in.
