Re: TWG 48: Phantasmanosebleed of "Flower" View
I've decided to go ahead and be a bossy alliance leader I think. Seems like the best course of action. Just got to figure out a way to keep all the info afloat in case I die, since that's what sunk the human alliances last time. Anyway, I'll get on and hound people later tonight after I get off work.Comment

Re: TWG 48: Phantasmanosebleed of "Flower" View
I didn't vote to guard anyone because I forgot about this game until just a few minutes ago. I'm really not so excited about this game because I was tricked into thinking this was the vet's game when I signed up (which was not your fault kilga, i just assumed). I like the whole mystery game, but I'm just not feeling in the mood to strategize and come up with dastardly plans. I'm available for questioning on aim though if you'd like

Re: TWG 48: Phantasmanosebleed of "Flower" View
It could be possible that since it was easily apparent that talisman would be guarded, the wolves decided to wolf their fellow talisman knowing that he would be guarded N1 (just like last game). I myself am going to trust him for now, but I'm going to be cautious of what he does.
I myself voted for nijatwo because I have (had) an item that says that he would know what it does, so I passed it to him, although the passing failed.
Maybe it would be a good idea for the person who has the item to come out? It was explained to me as some weird object with an etch of the Fujiwara girl, and that master Eirin (nija) would know how it works better than me.YOU JUST WON THE GAME! CONGRATULATIONS!Comment

Interesting... I was never informed of this power, maybe I wasn't supposed to know.
Anyway, I doubt that the wolves would go as far to assume talis would be guarded night 1 unless they assumed that most of us would vote for ourselves, so THEY all voted for talis AND wolfed him. huh. I answered my own question. anyway, food for thought.Lost: packet, 42 bytes, last seen on a saturated OC3.

Re: TWG 48: Phantasmanosebleed of "Flower" View
Unless I'm missing the point of revealing guard votes after the fact, wouldn't it be more helpful if people revealed who they guarded before the kill shows up? In the event of a guarding, the people that voted for the victim would have a slight humanity case in their favor, but when we reveal after the fact, we sort of lose this small benefit. Like I told talisman online, I almost told him ahead of time that I guarded him, but I checked the thread, noticed he was guarded and then told him. Of course neither scenario says a whole lot, but unless a wolf is fishing for trust and (falsely) telling their to-be-wolf kill that they guarded them, this is better than the "nothing" we get doing it the other way. Small point, but worth something I guess.
I also had an artifact with an etch. It might not be great to reveal what the etch was, but it got passed to a mutual benefactor of mine. It seems likely there would be a person or persons able to identify the artifact's powers. If this person wants to become available somehow (thread claim or talisman contact), this may help us significantly. I get the feeling our artifacts are not strictly positive effects and we don't want to go using them haphazardly.Like the moon over
