Thanks for trying with mines. Mines don't theoretically add anything to gameplay typically but they can be a pretty cool extension of how the file is interpreted.

I doubt I will pick anything that I find too mine excessive (rip Battlefield oni). BattleJam was a bit of a stretch probably this time around.

Help. I turn mines on -> Start song -> still NoMines.
I use XI Theme (R1) with Metal on version 3.9a. Probably a metrics or ini setting i need to tweak. Help out fellow stepmen.

alright now shits really messed up, it says NoMines, Mines when activated. and converts arrows that were not mines to mines... oops.

This is the code, someone more stepman savvy try to fix it pls.

Edit: fixed that issue now its back to just not displaying mines at all

Nope, that causes the "NoMines, Mines" phenomenon which causes mines to appear but just as a replacement to already existing arrows aka SOME (random i assume) arrows turn into mines lmfao

rate * DP-marv of your rate score

aka the higher rate you play the better. It's advantageous to go the highest possible rate you can combo well on given this scoring because the multiplier is so strong, so faster people will tend to get better scores (which is what the rate ladder intended on) I might modify the way it's scored later

Alright so quite a few scores to submit here, I'll try to group them to make it easier for you.

Oh btw, just an opinion here but the most of the solo song choices seem a bit hard, it seems to me that it would be tough for less skilled solo players to even pass a great deal of those songs. The song choices are fine, I'm just saying that I think it's kinda limiting the people who will choose to participate in the solo ladder since most of the songs are going to be too hard for a good deal of people.

Then again I'm not that great at solo so I might not know what I'm talking about

edit: you know what, nevermind, just thought about it and how would you rank the good players if you didn't choose hard songs like those in the first place. Guess it's kinda a problem with no answer
