Re: How many of you still wrap gifts?
Until I worked at a department store and had to learn how to "properly" gift-wrap, I rarely wrapped gifts. Now that I can make them look all pretty I love to wrap presents.
I use bags when a box would make it painfully obvious what the gift is. I put Guido's present in a bag this year, and when we did our gift exchange, he just asked me to close my eyes and stuck my present in the same bag because he hadn't wrapped it yet. =) |

Re: How many of you still wrap gifts?
Haha, that's pretty smooth. I wrap them and I enjoy doing so. I'll put them in bags if it makes it look better. Or, if there's a lot I'll put them in a bag. Like, I'm putting all my girlfriend's gifts in a bag, but I wrapped them, too.

Re: How many of you still wrap gifts?
I don't do this christmas gift giving with wasteful paper. Instead I just give the person the gift. I find it silly to buy expensive paper to have it ripped up. So much easier to just keep the gift put up. And it's more of a surprise.

Re: How many of you still wrap gifts?
I bet you do.
Actually no, I bet you don't. I don't see the point in just giving someone a present without wrapping it or something. I'm still giddy when I open presents.

Re: How many of you still wrap gifts?
I wrap the presents and then put them in bags, instead of wrighting a name on everyone I can just hand them out a bag with all their gifts in.

Re: How many of you still wrap gifts?
Bags are easier and neater often times. It depends on the gift. Often times I'll wrap some things and bag others depending on dimension and uhh.. "wrapability".. I guess. I dunno what the term for that would be.

Re: How many of you still wrap gifts?
If something is oddly shapped or not very "wrapable", you put it in a box. Items that would be easily recognizable, put it in a box. Boxes cost like 20 cents.

Remember location. The one I am looking at literally right now is 100 bucks a night, with a pool, workout room, spa area, restaurant, and the whole hotel is woodsey themed. It is attached to a really nice restaurant too. |

Funmonkey... I'm jealous. Thus far, I've gotten a pack of pens for Christmas with nothing else. Possibly an eviction notice. :/ The green eyed monster is in my heart right now.

No preference, although wrapping is pretty damn purty.
