1) I'm the worst poster why? I came into this thread offering simply my own opinion/advice in a very civilized manor then people start critiquing me saying I'm wrong. My last couple posts might seem "aggressive" to you and others but guess what? I bring up valid points.

2) Please tell me the correlation between playing FFR and working out? I'm willing to bet this is going through your mind "He cheated in the past so there's no way what he says about working out is valid." For the record I never said this was a "contest" nor am I trying to be or saying I'm cool. In short I said "this is what I do"...only to be pounced upon with everyone saying my way is dumb and, more or less, isn't efficient. I defended my case saying it actually does work and posted proof...If people didn't jump on my case so abruptly or simply say I was BS I wouldn't have got so defensive.

Honestly, people keep saying if you have a calorie deficit in your diet you wont gain muscle, but I've seen personal gains in myself and in others while doing it. So you can gain muscle, it's just not going to be like if you are at a calorie surplus.

Ya'll are being ridiculous as **** though about the whole I CANT GIVE ADVICE HURR LOOK AT MY RESULTS bullshit. SSBM, regardless of whether that is in fact you, a split like yours would do absolutely nothing for 95% of the people. My guess is you're just lying, because it absolutely baffles me that you claim the "results" you have...unless you're juicin, then yeah, I could see it. If you're juicin and you're only benching 350 though, wow, lol.

SC went from a stick to a not so stick, pretty impressive.

If you can achieve great shape with little exercise while eating a shitload of food -- cool. But don't go around spouting that as if it's viable advice, because odds are you're either neglecting to mention something important that recontextualizes the advice, or you're just flat-out lying. Either way, it's not helpful to this thread and just serves to perpetuate broscience-like reasoning.

Broscience almost always starts off with an appeal-to-authority fallacy, so let's please stick to the biology of things.

Sort of -- it still feels like my workouts are ending too early and I haven't really pushed myself. I can't help but feel like I'm not doing enough exercises or something.

throw out a typical workout, dude. I write mine down in an online journal so I can keep track of everything.

one of the best things you can do though is find someone you see at the gym who works hard and work in with them: you'll learn lots and push yourself harder.
