Re: RockBand. More Awesome.
Why would they need to market RB2? They can just keep releasing songs via the internets.

Re: RockBand. More Awesome.
I read that they're actually not planning on releasing a RB2, but instead, expansion packs. Excellent idea, though I'm hoping they stand alone - I hate having to put things on the drive.

Re: RockBand. More Awesome.
OK, I got it for PS2. It is watered down a bit, but it's still pretty fun.

Re: RockBand. More Awesome.
There aren't 3 new songs a week for GH, and when it came out, getting the songs off the internet wasn't an option.
So, let's try this again.

Re: RockBand. More Awesome.
Would you recommend it for PS2? I'm seriously considering it, because I don't own a PS3 or a 360, but I wanted to get someone's opinion on it first. I've already played it on the 360, but I'm a bit worried the PS2 version is going to be horribly inferior.

Re: RockBand. More Awesome.
I hate how they cut songs in Vocals Solo tour so you can't enjoy the whole song and rest your voice.
And the PS2 version isn't so great from what I heard. No costumizable characters or downloadable content, and graphics a bit watered down.

Re: RockBand. More Awesome.
wow so i played the best hour of drums i've ever played
I got on and decided I'd start out by failing Won't Get Fooled Again. Not only did I pass it, I almost five starred it. What. So I decide to continue my rampage by trying Run to the Hills. Surely this was pushing my luck. Nope. Passed (barely), despite the fact that I had never gotten past 50% solo, and through sheer luck I popped a full bar of overdrive that completely covered the solo beat that I can't do the bass for. So then I decide to try Ranked Versus mode, and I play for forty five minutes. I played I think about nine songs. I did not lose, or come close to losing, once. it's a shame i have to sleep also if any of you see ToxicBlitzz (gamertag) or Interrobang (drummer duder) floating around live, it's me also add me

I can't believe that Vocals would be so fun. I'm finally able to control my pitch for the songs, so I can play well. EDIT: 1000th post. Yay!

Re: RockBand. More Awesome.
I 100%ed that the other day along with Here It Goes Again.
My best 5g is Green Grass and High Tides - which is actually pretty easy to 5g, and I got somewhere around 420,000 points. I don't have the exact figure, as I am at work. Also, screw you and your high Dead on Arrival score blech.
