Why do FFR players "have no life"?

If you're really good at something, some will assume you "have no life".

Simple as that.

Brains VS Muscles

I'm respected at my school. (I'm the best volleyball player in my school, not to brag, and I'm only in Gr. 10). I seem to be good at a lot of things though (that's what people say.) I told my friend that I taught myself to snowboard cause he said the same thing, but he said he sucked at it. I found it really easy. He said I'm good at it cause I'm me. I find a lot of things really easy.

You have showed them your uncoolness so now show them your coolness

But the first opinion that a person has of us is very important so, it's always good to show your coolness first but that can be repared if you didn't.

I personally stopped to play FFR at school before too many people knew that I was playing at it and started to create some music instead.

Only 4 persons remember that I was playing at it and they are my friends.

Once we went to the computer lab, and me and eric started playing ffr(sub teacher) then rofl, EVERYONE STARTED PLAYING, even the chicks , and teh hot ones ^^

Ya that basically happened. Everyone in my class started playing FFR, only 2 people still do today (me and boondocks77)

I say I do have a life, filled with FC's and a huge community that you couldn't even begin to comprehend. I have been an active member of FFR for nearly 4 years and will not stop till my hands stop working. When you can achieve what we have achieved then tell me I have no life

I get this at school a lot. I once played ITG during the 30 hour famine where we stay overnight at the school and I brought my own metallic pads. I was doing stuff like Anubis and Vertex(Hard) and people said I have no life. My gym teacher couldn't understand why I can't run but I can play that. I play SM during spares though and people crowd around me and afterwards they just leave and say I have no life.

Really I think all of this is just "Your past times are different than mine" and SM/FFR just happen to be unpopular ones. Because it's unpopular people think it's weird and if you do something that is "weird" a lot people consider it as the person having no life.

you have a life, even if you play a lot at this game, you still see some people and have fun with them. I think


Having a life means for me having fun but getting this fun on different types of things

EX:
- Sports
- Video games
- Friends
- Music
- etc...

Life is all about doing stuff you love I love sports and FFR, I love being on the computer, therefore I have a life.

The way I see it, people are thought to have no life when they accomplish something unorthodox or weird.

My family tells me this all the time, and for the most part they are right, I dont have a life other then getting up out of bed, doing Tai Chi, then sitting right here and wasting my day. Oh sure there's chores and stuff; cooking, clearning so on so forth.

Why would you do that? Wouldn't you get hungry from playing ITG? :P

All you have to do is having more then 1 activity you get your fun from.

If you like FFR, you sure like music. You could take some music lessons or learning to be a DJ
