Re: The 200th & 201st Skill Token Ideas
Knowing the tenuous state of permissions (and the presence of a not-insignificant number of songs ingame that don't actually have them) I'm not against a non-permission yolo token. Depending on the song it wouldn't be any more likely to be DMCA'd than several files currently ingame and so few people would have it that it'd be even less likely to be discovered.
On principle alone, though, it probably should be a song that we have permission for.

whatever you do, no Token Whore v2 thxu
Quote:
Problems with it are: 1. PianoCore is a big blocker and goalpost mover. 2. New achievement tokens being added will also move the goalposts. 3. Does it make sense to award a "skill token" for earning all achievement tokens? I suppose it's not too much of a stretch of the imagination to get there. ----- I wonder how feasible "Pass / FC / AAA a song from every year in order from 2002 to <insert year token 200 is added here> in order" would be. No goalpost moving, celebrates the history of FFR perfectly IMO and fits well as a milestone token.

Tokens with goalposts that move are bad design and always have been.
