Stages will probably be automatically set to let whoever finished in last pick. Just my thoughts. |

Re: Super Smash Brothers Brawl: Release Date Announced
about the on-line mode you're right that's how it's done in metroid (with friend codes) and i think in many other on-line games and i hope it's gonna be the same with brawl.
also i think the yoshi track is my anti-snakers one, it has many curves and since i do mini-boost only in curves, it makes us even. |

Re: Super Smash Brothers Brawl: Release Date Announced
It better be the same with Brawl, because being able to change the rules in between matches would be stupidly retarded.
And yeah, now that I think about it, Yoshi's Circuit kind of is an "even grounds" track. All it really comes down to is who could pull of the most drifts in turns (I could usually pull off an extra drift per turn compared to anyone I played with). |

Re: Super Smash Brothers Brawl: Release Date Announced
You know, I was okay with the discussion on wavedashing and using snaking as a comparable technique for a different game, but when discussing a completely different game altogether, I think this thread's gone a bit too far off-topic.

No, we're still talking about Brawl, but myself and zidart are also talking about Mario Kart. As to whether anyone else is, we'll find out.
Topic of thread status : Still being discussed. |

Aw you beat me to it slick =/
If Nintendo STAFF USES it and then incorporates itinto the game. Just because you don't want to or can't doesn't make it any less of a great tactic. Also I hate weekends. The site never updates |

Update of the Day
Pokeball: Munchlax It basically comes out and eats items. yeah thats it i guess it could be used to make your enemy not get an item, but it comes out at random, so what's the point. i dont have the time to get pictures. some one else can. |

NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!
I wanted munchy to be playable. Munchlax deserved to be playable. Oh well, Lucario it is, then, I guess.

Re: Super Smash Brothers Brawl: Release Date Announced
i think brawl has a more chaotic feeling than meele.
munchlax and the demon (forgot his name) are one of those random powers that some don't want. |

Re: Super Smash Brothers Brawl: Release Date Announced
Yeah, it definitely seems like it will be more chaotic. I just hope that you can customize the rules more than in melee.

Re: Super Smash Brothers Brawl: Release Date Announced
We don't. As far as we're concerned, it's a bug and we're telling the people who are shouting "OMG WAVEDASHING CONFIRMED" whenever a screenshot or video is released to quiet down. Of course, along with these comments will always come a debate on whether or not it's a bug.

Re: Super Smash Brothers Brawl: Release Date Announced
Ah.
So I should spend my time practicing the game, and not practicing how to Wavedash as it may or may not be in the game. I will, however, still practice it, for the possibility of it being in Brawl, I will be ready when it comes out. |

Seriously people, just scroll down a bit on the first page. This is like the dozenth post about the date being wrong now. Also, Nintendo has a tendency to release things in America first these days. Wii launched here first. Metroid Prime 3 came out here first. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_Wii_games Click on Developer to sort the developers, then scroll down to Nintendo. You can see Japan on the left, Europe in the middle, and America on the right. Most Wii games came out first in America. Last edited by Squeek; 09-10-2007 at 11:24 PM.. |

Update
Assist Trophy: Lyn (Fire Emblem) she appears, dissapears, and then slashes one person pretty harshly. sakurai mentions a gameplay hint by saying it's a good idea to grab someone , if you summoned Lyn, so she can hit them easier. go ahead an check it out. o.oV |
