3.5 hours; who'd have thought Dossar would remove himself?
I thought Luis, AJ, Alex and maybe the SM junkies had a real chance even with Doss in but now it's so totally wide open I dunno who'll win.

Re: 7th Official FFR Tournament
Welp, attempted for top 32, but just cant seem to nail the right score. Closest I got was 4-0-1-2, random miss in the solo. lol. Oh well, I tried. Not playing FFR seriously for awhile really killed my one handed trilling and overall performance.

Alternatively, you can try my earlier idea and use your ring fingers for triples on an extremely close setup while using the index fingers on both of your hands to alternate back and forth from the leftmost to the rightmost keys, lol |

Re: 7th Official FFR Tournament
Lag wouldn't subside, all week wasted trying to fight through it, giving up now
I'd gladly grind my song without the lag, but oh well. Till it lets up I guess the solution is no FFR for awhile =/

Re: 7th Official FFR Tournament
Just curious... How many times do you guys play a tournament song before "giving up" (that is, if you don't AAA). I thought I had played each files way too many time and realized I had 19-20 plays. That doesn't seem like a lot.

Re: 7th Official FFR Tournament
The level ranks don't account for restarts. You have to completely drain your lifebar, finish the entire song, or get pulled out of the song via autofail. With that being said, some people's play counts might only show 15, but in reality they might have played it over 200 times. In my level ranks, Necropotence is a prime example of this -- I'm fairly certain I've had over 2,500 attempts trying to get that AAA for my stats or for a tournament.

Re: 7th Official FFR Tournament
Mhm
I tried Legacy, Velo, R^2, and all the test Velo engine links that Velo posted in this thread. Flash 8, 9, 10, 11, in-browser (With IE and Firefox). And every possible combination with all of the these^. I unfortunately still get lag in some form or another. Nothing else to try, but oh well, next year I guess ^_^;;

Re: 7th Official FFR Tournament
Pretty much. My level ranks says I've played Press Start 6 times, but it's probably closer to 250. Same thing with A FLOWER GARDEN. That says 8 when it's really 300+.
