to be fair, I have been online since the start of day 2 (or whatever day this is). of course whenever my laptop goes to sleep it logs me out, but yeah.

also, I want to correct what I was alluding to earlier about the x1 wolves now possibly wanting to kill dbp. My thinking was that because the x2 wolves didn't get their kill, the game was unbalanced towards humans in x2. But this is clearly erroneous since a successful guard affects end of day in both dimensions.

as far as whining about twg and whatnot: let's save that for the postgame. I will say this right now: you guys have been doing a great job being active, and I hope you stay with twg, because you will make it better.

now, the big thing here going undiscussed is why the hell the x2 wolves (apparently, assuming dbp is telling the truth and that the real guardian went to dbp and is telling him the truth) attacked dbp. I refuse to believe it was just sheer stupidity. Either it was an oversight (aka they forgot about the guardian) or they genuinely thought that the guardian wouldn't be guarding dbp and wanted to take the risk. Either way, like roundbox said earlier, it does point to the newer players. I'm having a tough time seeing any of the vets risking that, but I suppose it's possible.

You've played with iggy and all these other people, I've played with thunder and flaw etc etc. Human thunder tends to attack people a lot. I can see why you voted for him, but I'll vouche that thats his playing style. He'll pick somone he sees as suspicious and he'll attack them. Usually it makes him look wolfy. If you don't believe me just go check up on our last jtwg. He attacked kent who was a wolf and then pulled back because other people thought he was suspicious.

Im not convinced on the thunder vote.

Dbp is the x2 seer if your not really convinced by now you need to get the crayon out of your brain.

I don't really think tps is that fishy either mainly because in my first jtwg he subed in for silver as guard and was active. He'd probably be more active than he is if he was a wolf.

Anyone else is fair game as far as im concerned.

to add to that talisman, I was thinking the wolves could have possibly thought that the x2 guard is a wolf in x1, and therefore took a shot at DBP. This whole guard has rubbed me the wrong way. I think something odd is going on possibly.

I'm not asking anyone to agree with my thunder vote. It was half-hearted and out of almost nowhere. The point being, as was your intent as well, I was trying to aid in discussion, and throwing a crap vote like that is a good way to get some responses. I'll be around on more than one occasion to change it when necessary.

@ Talisman's post: I'm gonna have to agree here as well. I can't see yourself, myself, FoJar, DBP, kilga, or hans making that call. And I'd still have a hard time seeing the more liberal iggy and Tps ok'ing that one (yes I know not all of those names are currently applicable, sshhh). I don't know the style of many of the newer players as being particularly risky, maybe someone can fill me in on this. I'd like to think that between 3 wolves it wouldn't be entirely over-site either. I guess it's always possible someone took a gamble on their information and lost though.

Well. I was in Houston today and yesterday, hence my lack of activity. I brought my laptop, but unfortunately forgot an ethernet cable, and by the time I found out it was already 10 or 11, so it was kind of pointless. I'm back on though, and by all means message me.

for now pnt is my vote, in case my laptop breaks too and the library and all computers on campus explode, which is likely with my luck.

It is pretty obvious from that response, however if something is up, the most questionable response he got would be the best one to post, not that I'm doubting the seer'edness (now that is a liberal use of English), but you have to keep your eyes open.
