Re: Super Smash Brothers Brawl
Dammit why does my wii have to be at the farthest point away from my internet connection in the house if you're going by wire length needed.
Guido, if you hadn't pointed it out, I would have. I personally enjoy brawl more because it has more fast-paced gameplay (I'll be pissed if I have to explain what that means after three or foiur other posts that do.). I don't mind the fact that most of the characters' speed got nuked, I still end up having more fun because there's more things to do and more strategies to take. EDIT: I will not make another post on the subject of that argument. |

I might have to go get one. I hate wireless. According to my SSE trophy chart that might be missing things, I have 6 trophies to go. So far the most annoying has been Bytans. Still don't have it. They don't drop items, so you have to kill other things in their maps to get them. I managed to get it once in The Ruins, but as I was reaching for it, I got knocked into the area of the map that continues you on to the next part. |

Re: Super Smash Brothers Brawl
The only LAN adapters I've seen are third-party, but that's not a bad thing. The USB wireless thing I use is third-party and it works. I also have a third-party Wiimote charger (which Nintendo hasn't released in any shape or form) that works great.

If you couldn't grasp the concept of what we were talking about then you need to think about things A LOT more.

Re: Super Smash Brothers Brawl
rofl that whole thing was funny
ps those videos that were posted: I have never seen movement that fast in melee. I would even go so far as to say that it appears as though the video is sped up, but it's probably just two SUPER PRO fast fallers. Although, their up Bs also seem faster than I recall.

Re: Super Smash Brothers Brawl
That's how i play in melee, so i'm used to it. That's why i notice the difference in speed between the games so much. Because it's impossible to imitate that kind of game play.

Re: Super Smash Brothers Brawl
I think I got all the SSE Capturables, but I don't know. I read somewhere that you get a "You got all the capturable trophies!" when you capture them all, but I got no such message.
Anyone notice anything missing from my checklist of capturable SSE trophies? Re: Super Smash Brothers Brawl
I don't get it. What is it that you need? A trophy? A checklist?
I still remember where I hunted down each enemy, so if you need help finding the best spot to capture something, I might be able to help. |

Re: Super Smash Brothers Brawl
Yeah I don't see why anyone would even care about those ****ty trophies. Like, I could care about the trophies from games I know, but why should I care about stupid ass tons of monsters made up for the story mode?

Re: Super Smash Brothers Brawl
Because some people like to 100% their games?
That's all I've been doing with Brawl since the day I got it. All of my friends are in different universities around the country (actually, around the world right now) and none of them have a Wii. Makes it a little difficult to play the game with them. @Temote: Unlikely, since the first hit on an Autolancer always knocks off its top. The Shellpod thing is just keeping it above 5% HP. Thought it might be TowTow angry / sleeping, but that's not the case either. |

Re: Super Smash Brothers Brawl
But why worry about stupid trophies that are annoying and stupid when I seriously doubt that you've even completed your entire challenges table or even collected all other trophies. And what of stickers?

Re: Super Smash Brothers Brawl
Maybe the character sub-bosses, like Giant Diddy or possessed Peach and Zelda? Do the trophy stands drop during those fights?
Also, what stickers do you guys recommend putting on the Pokemon Trainer? Need to sticker him since I'm starting to get better with Squirtle, and am about to try running through Adventure mode on Intense to get the trophies. XD EDIT: As of right now, it looks like I'm going to do: Body attack, Water attack, Grass attack, Fire attack, Launch Resistance. Last edited by Temote; 03-28-2008 at 04:54 AM.. |

Re: Super Smash Brothers Brawl
Too lazy to read through so many pages about bickering, but you all do know there is an option in Brawl to make the game play faster, right?
...I sure hope so >_> |

Because that fast setting is a ****ing joke. It just speeds up everything and isn't anything like the slightly faster movements that Melee allows for.

Re: Super Smash Brothers Brawl
Still allows for faster play, no? That's what it's purpose is, and that's all I meant. I never said it had the sPeEdS of Melee.
