Re: Dragons Fury: Custom Tournament #6
hi19 improved a LOT through this tourney. And if you can't even FC it then I really must be boosting or had a good day cause I almost sdged it 1st run through.

Re: Dragons Fury: Custom Tournament #6
Epilogue is a VERY anti Middie chart.
But then again I haven't warmed up completely yet to... PS: 192s Edit: 'kay scores plus little notes/**** offs 1. Own chart. Piano <3 2. **** that intro 16th section to hell 3. There's a section where it kinda dies off and picks back up that's always bothered me, I'm sure you all know where this is. 4. 200 bpm 32nd roll was not my greatest idea. Even if it seems correct to me. 1. Dubstep. Bad. 2. Jacks = 3. BPM Gimmicks 4. **** you Aj <3 Last edited by Xx{Midnight}xX; 10-10-2011 at 10:35 PM.. |

Sorry thought AJ answered you. Like Carlos said you can submit it but it takes a point reduction. |

Re: Dragons Fury: Custom Tournament #6
made it 1700 in with a single good on Canary, and my hands completely locked up on an easy 64th burst. I'm getting Canary, swear to god.
and I'll get it on video too. |

placeholder -- this was my first FC run; will definitely be back to AAA.
just for the sake of having two scores filled in, I'll post my very first full run of Canary: |

<3 Glad you like it.

About Scatta, there's really nothing wrong and I can see why you tried the technique, if it worked better it would have been a great tool to have when you're looking to create variation in a file. As it is I can see it working possibly in other songs, but for my tastes it was a little too difficult to read in this case. Oh well, live and learn. I tried some color theory stuff in one of my submissions to the latest batch, in part just to learn DDReam. The more I use that program the more I'm scared by how good it is, it does EVERYTHING !_! So yeah I have huge swings in the scores I can get, some nights I can do things like get 4 goods on Tamayura or 23 goods on Emotions (still lolling at how good those runs were) but other nights I can't even full combo Epilogue. As for the file, if you'd like you can send it to me and I'll give you some more precise feedback when I'm able to look it over more slowly. I'll be honest, I'm not even sure what the hell you were going for in this file. It doesn't feel like it's PR'd at all, the patterns don't fit clearly into the mold of easy-to-read/index stuff... they just seemed so random, and had lots of difficult 1-handed areas, especially for the left hand (non-mirrored). I have finals later this week so I might not be able to get back to you for a while but keep pestering me if I haven't by the end of the weekend. Quote:
EDIT- At Least Speedcore Artists Aren't In It for the Money is such. a. fun. file! Wowwww... so good

Not really to familiar with PR (I'm still a noob I admit it, but I thought I'd get out of my "easy charts are ez" comfort zone.) I mostly stepped the notes and layered a bit in some spots. I will say no matter how much I HATE that first 16th section I can't imagine it any other way logically. Edit: Also was a little fast to jump on the FUUUUUUUUUUUUUU train of I'm getting wrecked this round. As a side note I think I'm never gonna FC this. It feels like framer RAPE. I wasn't as cruel to myself as I thought. Nice to know the SM practice by playing The Battle Of Lil' Slugger has paid off a little. Last edited by Xx{Midnight}xX; 10-11-2011 at 12:19 AM.. |
