Anxiety is tough. It's like having an unwelcome companion that insists on tagging along, no matter where you go or what you do. For me, living with anxiety means finding ways to keep moving forward despite its constant presence.
Many people say that changing your diet, exercising, and sleeping well can help. It doesn't. At least not when the anxiety levels are high. This article shows some good methods to stop anxiety.
I started therapy about a year ago, initially hesitant but gradually warming up to the process. Opening up about the inner workings of my mind wasn't easy, but it's been incredibly liberating. My therapist has this knack for asking just the right questions, encouraging me to explore areas I'd rather avoid but ultimately need to address.
Of course, progress isn't always linear. There are setbacks, moments of doubt, and days when the weight of anxiety feels crushing. But having a therapist in my corner, someone who understands without judgment has made all the difference.
