With the exception of people like Leonid who use downscroll, I don't understand why you wouldn't sync and chart in DDream. I mean preferences are cool and whatnot, but like why not do both in the same editor?

ddream is finnicky as hell for me in very long files (5000+ notes)

This is one thing I should try some time... I actually cannot stand BPM changes myself. It would be good practice though. Synchronization is very important to me. (Seriously, ask anyone that knows me... :P ) I have yet to use... *looks* ...DDReam Studio. It sounds useful but, the fact that its been said to "crash" and is "finnicky as hell" disappoints me/pulls me away from trying it. *shrugs* Maybe some day I will try it. I am just gonna stick to StepMania in the meantime.
