![]() I'm looking for cargo shorts. I went to the mall today and there was nothing. I spent an hour looking online and there was still nothing I wanted. Anything I did like was $80. As you can probably tell, I don't go shopping much and I'm not used to paying for any clothing over $25. I also don't care that places don't carry shorts in the winter. If they wanted my business, they should have had what I wanted. (sarcasm)
So anyone know stores? I've already checked Tilly's, Amazon.com, and whatever name brand stores were in the mall. I don't like skater clothing. All I need is some decent stores to look at. |

![]() Old Navy, The Gap, and Aeropostale are a few examples I'd give a shot at. Also try Winners/Marshalls for less expensive clothing.

![]() Often in the actual stores they swap out clothes to match the current season. It would be harder to buy shorts during the winter.

![]() I don't buy clothes often, but in the rare occurrences that I do, I normally go to Ross. Once in awhile I find something good in Macy's or Sear's. There's also Wal-Mart and Target if you're trying to be cheap.
Or if you're really trying to be cheap, try scouting out local thrift stores, Goodwill, and even garage/yard sales. Especially if it's a everything-must-go moving sale kind of thing, you can get yourself an entire outfit with just a literal handful of coins. |

I went in there once because I had never been inside a Kohl's, plus I had a 20% coupon and I was looking for carpenter jeans.
"$40-50-60? Fuck this!" Went to Walmart and bought a pair for $18. |

![]() Sometimes things being more expensive does really mean they are higher quality, but I'm not familiar with clothes in particular and especially not jeans. But you could apparently go through 2-3 pairs of walmart jeans before it costs the same. So the 50 dollar jeans would have to last at least twice as long.
This is usually how I buy shoes which I try and get for cheap and hope they last 2-3 years instead of getting 5 times more expensive shoes that last 4-5 years. |

![]() There is a very strong correlation between price and quality. However, more often than not, clothes are expensive because you are paying for the brand and paying to have that logo slapped on top of it.

![]() I don't shop at kohls, I just know that they have discounted deals all the time. Every middle aged woman I know loves kohls because of this. Whenever in doubt for your moms birthday present, buy her a kohls gift card.

Cargo pants and shorts doesn't mean military.
![]() http://www.coatpant.com/types-of-pan...men-and-women/ Most of my pants are cargo pants because I can't stand tight fitted clothing. |
