I've stepped some Ensiferum for SM and am very familiar with their discography. They don't really have any short songs, but their songs are very rock-solid BPM wise and could be cut since they often use a typical verse/chorus/verse/chorus/solo/chorus structure. Most of their songs are also very fast and would be good for Emerald Sword-esque sixteenth-note-oriented files.

The idea that metal songs are always hard to sync is not really accurate. If a band is reasonably popular and has a decent recording budget, there will be no BPM tweaking necessary.
