![]() DFJK seems to be a very balanced spread. Not too far apart, but not ridiculously close like FGHJ

![]() Ultimately use a preference you're comfortable with. Can't stress this enough, each person plays differently and there is no right or wrong setup

![]() I vary between ASKL (90% of the time), QWOP (only once or twice) and ASDF (in some specific cases). I'm considering trying things like ZXOP, where the keys aren't on the same horizontal line.
(I don't want to experiment with key settings for now, though. It is already difficult enough to fix my muscle memory - I learnt to play spread with my index/middle finger of my right hand, but middle/ring fingers of my left. It's a bit odd, but it worked up until the point where you get trills or some particular awkward patterns. I'm forcing myself to switch it to the proper fingers, which initially resulted in horrible prestations, but I'm gradually getting better and I'm pretty sure it will eventually increase my top skill. :3)

![]() I use DF JK too; seems like the most comfortable setup. If I have a key that's acting up for any reason, I'll shift upward to ER UI.
