What constitutes A Guru? A Master?
This is something I've been thinking about what others had an opinion on lately. So what do you think constitutes a Guru or a Master? Is it ability to play it without failing out? Is it the ability to FC it? Have a good PA? AAA?
Discuss.

Master to me would be anyone who can aaa almost all tens+a few harder fmo's, Guru aaa all elevens+ a few easier fgo's. Since there is no real medium between the easier fgo's and harder ones.

Re: What constitutes A Guru? A Master?
I just want to add this is kinda my opinion. I decided to make this thread when I realized I didn't HAVE an opinion on it, I couldn't really think of what would and decided to start a discussion on it.

Re: What constitutes A Guru? A Master?
Any FFR relevated discussion thread is going to end up into a good laugh.
On the other hand, there is no exact description of a "guru" or a "master", imo. It's based on your own opinion of a member, like if you see someone ranked in the top 10 of a For Guru's Only song and think "dam y r tese gaiz so pro" then you have your description Last edited by Xayphon; 03-18-2011 at 03:15 PM.. |

Re: What constitutes A Guru? A Master?
yup
a guru is someone who can truly outwit/outplay you in any way towards the game itself. having said that, there will always be someone out there better and even more ruthless than you are. everyone has a guru to look up to.

Re: What constitutes A Guru? A Master?
Masters = people who can AAA tough as hell files
Gurus = people the Masters would rather avoid in a match-off |
