jesus christ, way to derail the thread. If you had an issue with the genres of songs that are in/going to be in game, you could have posted it in the Ingame Song Information thread, not clog up the thread that everyone is watching and chatting about their content in.

Kind of what kommisar, jimerax and I dont know who else has been saying, but for some reason this argument just keeps on going here.

oops ily u contradicted urself because an if you look up the definition of an opinion you will realize that it doesn't have to be right or wrong because its.. an opinion. i could turn around and say that my opinion is right while yours is wrong like your doing, instead of being the better man and just leaving it alone. But im not because your entitled to your opinion no matter how right or wrong you or other people think it is.

Well, there's a difference between stating an opinion and stating the facts. When bmah stated that house wasn't a sub genre, you began to disagree and starting stating YOUR opinion that it wasn't a sub-genre without any valid proof. bmah however give you proof that it was a sub genre and yet you still denied it which is OKAY however it's wrong. The way you posted is like saying that you stated an opinion that 2+2=5 and that you think it is right and bmah shows proof that 2+2=4 and yet you still deny the fact that the answer is 4.

I'm done arguing with you.

I was gonna warn people and then tell them to make their own thread if they wanted to talk about music genres in general. (For a fresh start at a discussion with more potential for debate.) The discussion in the queue thread wasn't going in any meaningful direction so I didn't see a need to move the pre-existing posts to a new thread when most of it consisted of people being agitated and saying who is and isn't offended. I guess we'll see if this goes anywhere, though.

Edit: Yeah, nevermind. This thread isn't going anywhere.
