Yeah, but still would you want a sexual offender who raped your daughter to be in the proximity of your home lurking around the neighborhood, whos likely a raging bile duct pyscho and doesn't care about life or its beings surrounding him to be left unsupervised by the authorities or some form of surveillance? I mean, The guy raped a teenager for crying out loud thats begging for some kind of drastic inclementations. Imagine you were the father, hell, even support groups wouldn't be able to help. I'm looking at this from his point of view.

But then again I could be wrong. Is justice really served?
