J-Pop isn't widely known in the USA, for some reasons, American Teenagers (OMFG STEROTYPE ALERT) nowadays want to listen to crappy gangster rap (was going to capitalize it, nah) or some other bullcrap that talks about nothing in particular and sucks ass.

I don't have the token The Five only because I hate the song Kyuin so much.
In fact, I hate eveything by MOSAIC.WAV because I cannot stand it, its so annoying.

J-Pop isn't widely known as some Euopean Music or some Spanish Music, or even some other world music like Arabic. (All in the USA)

I listen to it once in a while. I really like Maximum The Hormone which is j-pop/metal. If you watch the show Death Note they do the opening and closing songs.
