It's not like he looked like Coleman or something, who is just kind of terrifying to look at because his proportions are all out of whack (Legs are way too big, gut is way too fat, back is completely overdeveloped, shoulders too big). e.g.

Re: The Fitness Thread
Gotta agree with SCWolf on this one -- seems like most would find a lean body more attractive than a big, bulky one.
Then again what I really want is to just look like Christian Bale from American Psycho. :P Ironic when you consider the overall theme of the book/movie. XD Quote:

I imagine something like Scott Herman would be ideal. But hey, every lady likes something different. An Arnoldesque physique is more for show than anything else. It would be incredibly fun to have albeit completely unnecessary. Quote:
In order to win nowadays in bodybuilding, you need a ridiculous back, but holy shit it looks sooooo stupid lmao

That's a good friend of mine. Used to get all the bitches. Now he resides with possibly the hottest girl in my city. Aesthetics baby. EDIT: He's natural. He's been at it for 3 years, he's 18.

Re: The Fitness Thread
Yeah, but Zyzz admitted that he did a lot of steroids. Not sure if that'd affect the outcome of what he looked like.

My mom doesn't make steak as good as I do. I've been chewing this piece for like 30 minutes.

Re: The Fitness Thread
Personally I don't even find men as muscled as scwolf to be attractive, it's already too much. Scott Herman's chest and abs are still too defined.

Re: The Fitness Thread
Wow didn't know this thread existed but 'm glad to see people on this site are trying to get motivated to workout rather than sit in front of the computer for hours and play FFR and only build finger strength haha. I haven't read all 19 pages worth of posts but I enjoy working out and can possibly offer advise to anyone that would like it. As a general statement: It all starts with motivation...if you lack motivation you have no chance of getting fit/stronger.

Re: The Fitness Thread
I feel like you're a growing problem in America: women who want their guys to be easy to beat the **** out of. Skinny jeans etc causing an epidemic in manlessness.

Re: The Fitness Thread
Honestly I've always enjoyed being cut-ish. I'm 6 foot and weigh 180 pounds. I've put on a little weight since college started (lol), but I'm still in pretty good shape. I focus more on cardio than the weights though.
The most I've benched was 170. I think I can make this up by my furthest jog on land (NOT TREADMILL) being 8 miles.

Couldn't have said it better! I get that people like to do their own thing and be different but when it comes to that it's almost degrading to men. I'm not saying every man has to look like a body builder but if you wear pants/jeans tighter than girls and your wrist is the same size as your bicep you're just embarrassing yourself and creating a terrible image for men. |
