Would you say these are the more popular fitness programs?
Trying to aggregate a list of popular programs that (hopefully) most people actually use when they followed a structured program:
Starting Strength Stronglifts Ice Cream Fitness Greyskull LP PPL 5/3/1 (BBB) Madcow Texas Method All-Pro PHAT/PHUL Would you say this covers most of it?
