My game won't load "user data"

Hi FFR players !

Since a year or so i can't log with my account on R^3.
I can log to legacy and velocity without any issues, but when i try to access the R^3 version of the game the "User Data" line keep on loading forever.
I tried logging in with an other account, it works
I tried logging in with another computer, it doesn't works
