Yeah... I can't have caffeine anymore... I had way too much growing up and now I have an extremely hard time going to sleep. (to this day) I am also trying to quit drinking soda because I believe I have acid reflux or something. I don't have it too bad but once in a while... Yeah, it really bothers me.
I used to drink a lot of soda. I drank tea once in a while as well. (didn't know there was caffeine in it at the time.) I would drink coke/pepsi/etc. Now these days, I drink diets/water. (I do drink some caffeine free soda's once in a while though. However, I am trying to cut back...) I drank coffee once... I totally picked the wrong day to do it though... I couldn't sleep one day so, I went for a walk and met a neighbor/friend. He took me out to get some coffee and I said sure why not... Dear god does coffee wake you up... I eventually crashed though... :\ I did read an article online that said it does have positive health effects but, the negative effects... I think outweighs them... We need sleep... Trying to force your body to stay awake is not exactly healthy... Maybe 1-4 hours is okay but, any more and you are pushing it... ~ SpoOkyMagician |
