Oh crap. What the hell is going on here? I'm beginning to wonder whether ap suddenly realized what he was doing and is trying to save his ass, or if he's telling the truth. I have a bad feeling about the whole thing.

I'll switch to djshox and give ap the benefit of the doubt, hopefully this will work for the better.

By the way, ap, there's no psychic, so your truth check doesn't work out.

I have no idea who to vote for. We have little info, and a bunch of rather inactive players (myself included). I am going to look at ap's list and vote Snapps. Call me a pawn, call me a follower, I just have no better suspicions then what ap stated.

"Shut up."

"Anyway. I think we can do this in a gentlemanly way," says Stretchy.

"May I remind you that you and I are not 'gentlemen'," says Flypie.

Stretchy rebukes her with a glance. "Anyway. At the request of Madam Flypie here, let's do this the gender-neutral gentlepersonly way."

Flypie smiles.

"The murderers don't have any personal scruples about killing. Let's simply turn the lights out, and would whoever the murderers are kindly come forward and kill Djshox."

"Wait!" pleads Djshox. "What if I'm one of the murderers? They aren't going to kill one of their own?"

"Even if you were, it'd be more money for the rest of them with you dead," says Mead.

"Let's find out, shall we?" says Stretchy. She throws the lever on the wall, plunging the room in darkness.

There is a scream. The lights resume, and Shox's battered and bloodied body lies in the center of the room.

"Thank you!" shouts Stretchy with a broad grin.

Suddenly the lights go out again. Voices are heard, but cannot be identified.

"Damn, damn, damn...we're in trouble."
"This is just like TWG II, you know."
"Shut up, it's an entirely new scenario."
"Oh come on! He's recycling the same ideas! Just in a context that's trying to be humorous instead of dramatic!"
"At least there are no more Star Wars references."
"What about the one at the beginning of this story segment?"
"Shh! Quiet! You're breaking the 4th wall!"
"So, is anyone going to die already or what?"

Is anyone, indeed? It is now Night 2. You have 24 hours, reds and blues, to send me your picks. Assuming you've lived this long.

The lights come on abruptly. The fourteen surviving guests are all still standing, looking awkwardly at each other.

"That's weird," says LD. "I would have expected someone to be dead by now."

"Eh, I'm sure it's coming," says Snapps.

Tasselfoot interjects. "Anyway, back to the matter of finding the murderers..."

"Slow down!" says Omeganitros. "We can't start voting until we have more clues to go on!"

"But, we've shit got fuck plenty of clues already," says aperson. "The death shit of the notable shit wealthy whoever, Hans being fuck brutally gay murdered shit fuck - this just fuck shit takes a shit bit more thinking! Fuck fuck shit damn!"

Tps speaks up. "Regardless of the ridiculous level of profanity exhibited by our good friend, aperson-"

"Yes, we know he's a person, what's your point?" says Jursey.

"Weren't you removed from the guest list?" says Stretchy.

"Oh, yeah," says Jurs. "Gosh, since the story has dictated that there is no way in or out of this mansion, it would be nice if some deus ex machina removed me from the story post-haste."

And so, Jurs immediately died of a fatal heart attack.

"Good," says Flypie. "Now, are we going to have a Night 2 killing or what, here?"

And so, Evilbutterfly immediately died of a fatal heart attack.

"What?" says Talisman. "No one touched him! How could this happen?"

"Nanomachines," says Nforcer.

"Nano-what-now?" says Mead.

"Whatever, we got our Night 2 kill. Time to vote!" says Flypie.

"Everyone is being WAY too methodical about all this..." says LD.

"Haven't you learned by now not to draw hints or conclusions from the story?" says Kilga.

Blah sighs. "Again with the breaking of the fourth wall..."

"Good," says Omeganitros. "With the fourth wall broken, maybe we can finally get out of this place."

I was so surprised yesterday when I came home from my dumb senior awards ceremony and saw that shox had been lynched... I was like "wtf did everyone bandwagon on to me for?" Then I went through and read the thread... pretty interesting stuff. I knew aperson had some kind of trick up his sleeve. I'm not so sure it actually fooled any of the wolves, but I can definitely see a wolf saying to his or her self "hmm... I can get rid of a traditionally strong player in ap day one with just a tiny little vote, sweet!" and shox's lack of reasoning to support his bandwagon (especially after I'd posted already about him getting phantoms the first two days of the last game he was a wolf) does sort of fit that bill.

I'm glad Chardish is keeping the story interesting and amusing.

And sorry about that whole, not-contributing-anything to what happened in the previous day. I was engaging in the fun-filled world of trying to find an apartment.

Something is really not sitting well with me about what happened with Day 1, but I'm not sure what it is, and would rather not say anything until I get a chance to read back.
