UMvC3 button inputs

Hey guys, my friend and I just started playing UMvC3 and we were trying to look for combos for our teams and ran into a bit of a problem.

We can't read these inputs:

j.M, j.M, j.H, j.S) * 3, S, j.H, j.236M, 236H, j.H, M, 4H, S, j.M, j.M, j.H, j.S, 623L

If anyone can point me at a wiki or a chart or something else that explains how to read these it would be much appreciated.

P.S. I'm a noob I know. D:
