How to put youtube.com videos on your profile

To get videos from youtube.com to your profile,
- first go to http://www.youtube.com/
- then when you are there, search for your favorite video.
- select and watch the video and on the right of the video there should be a box with all the facts about the video.
- find the URL adress box.
- copy the adress.
- Go back to http://www.flashflashrevolution.com/ and go into your profile.
- Select "post random thought" and past the url adress into the box (not in the title place!).
- NOW YOU SHOULD HAVE YOUR FAVORITE YOUTUBE VIDEO ON YOUR PROFILE!
