Re: FFR 6th Official Tourney Songs Discussion: Round 3
Fun fact: in Night Walker the trill at the end was originally 4343 instead of 4242. Changed it so that people wouldn't rage.
Didn't stop me from getting 2 goods right there on my sightread run though trololol

Pretty fun file. More straight forward than last round's. Probably gonna be AAA - BF or die.

Re: FFR 6th Official Tourney Songs Discussion: Round 3
Before this gets too heated like the last two. I want to make note that we are aware there are borderline files. There will probably be at least one each round. But please respect everyone's opinions and understand that just because a rating isn't changed immediately doesn't mean we aren't listening, just rather giving more people time to play it, get a feel for it, and put in their opinion.
With that said have fun with the new files and happy discussing. |

Re: FFR 6th Official Tourney Songs Discussion: Round 3
tbh:
The D4 chart looks/sounds/seems like it should have been an easier chart. No offence Pop, but I cannot imagine what possesed you to step it that way. Not calling it bad, I mean I understand the chart is technical, but I feel like you kinda might have over charted it. Would love to see a simplified version. (As in 32nds reduced to 16ths and the minijacks changed to a more idealistic pattern maybe do a few other things. I'll also throw that this is just a subjective opinion.) Just throwing that out. |

On that note - I did listen and look at it, I haven't played it. I'm sure you could do worse things to the chart, and I never said at all I thought what you did was bad (in fact I said literally "not saying your chart is bad"), I just wanted to mention what I thought you should have done. :3 It's totally one of the better charts I think from you. It's just a little... Not my taste I guess is an ok way to put it. |

Re: FFR 6th Official Tourney Songs Discussion: Round 3
D4 chart is fun, though the trills at the end are a little odd and I can already see them eating at least one of my AAA runs for sure.
Also the fact that the first 25% of the file is so easy is kind of annoying for whoring but oh well, intromanias

Amen Iraq. so damn awkward. fun nonetheless.
~920 combo is full of bullshit. and hand inconsistencies at the end.

Seriously, yeah it's a little sloppy probably because of the awkward patterns. There are some hand inconsistencies too I'm glad some people liked it though. |

While attempting to play with Jaselynn and Frankie asleep on either side of me, I gave a poor attempt at Finder xD
I like it, but I don't like it. It's stepped very well, I guess it's just not a personal preference kind of chart.

Total props to Jimerax for the D2 song! First one in my division that I'm actually going to enjoy playing over and over for that AAA
