so i was wondering if any of us get outside much? im sure we're all very healthy people playing computer games most surely counts as excercise

i used to be a runner but these days im too lazy. =p

i could run a mile in 5:45 in 8th grade and now im in 11th and would probably do it in 6. xD

im 6'3 170 around maybe 9-10% body fat, i play hockey in the fall and winter, and tennis in the summer.

I ran a 5:18 mile when I was a sophomore. That was two years, ago, though, so I dono what i could get now. I would have broken 5 by now, lol, except I have too much marching band and tennis to do track and cross country.
