Both Taq and Naoki are great but I think d.J Taka has made the best contribution to DDR.

example:Colors,V,Frozen Ray,Tomorrow Perfume...etc.

It's not when, it's why. Naoki's songs are okay maybe once or twice, but they don't really stand the test of time. Though "better than Naoki" opinions don't really belong here, it's understandable. Naoki may make the most songs for DDR, but he certainly does not make the best.
